Please note: If an order is returned to us by our mail carrier due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address being entered at checkout, there will be an additional shipping charge to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Please double check your address at checkout.
We only accept returns postmarked within 14 days from the purchase date. Use our return label to postmark your first return, which will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. (Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable).
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (*except scarves and bags).
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available, for which you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
New items can sell out quickly, and sometimes we are able to replenish but it depends on the vendor. Please don't hesitate to email us at email@example.com and we will let you know if/when the next shipment is estimated to arrive.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?
Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Customs Value: Wild West Home is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.

While our website is open 24/7, we humans are available for business Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Daylight Time. Emails sent over the weekend will be answered on the following business day. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond during the week.
